UUHHHH first off we have been using this pharmacy for years now!! my mother who has been getting this same prescription for months now goes to the dr for a check up sent in her refill electronically. I go to cvs later on that day this man says did your dr call it in i said yes she sent it in this morning, comes back to the window and says okay it will be ready in an hour. I drive off me and my come back in an hour and a half to give them time to fill it in case they were busy. The same man comes to the window and tells my mom we don’t have it the dr never called it in (really? that’s not what you said earlier) then my mom says yes she did it was done this morning so he leaves comes back and says it cant be filled till we talk to the dr because she sent in the wrong information?? REALLLLLYYYYY so what is it you have or you don’t its called in wrong what the FU*K!! And then when she tells him well you told her (me) it would be ready in an hour he says NO I DIDNT!!! Hate you cvs burn in hell with Walgreen’s!!!
