I placed an order on 4/5/09 and have yet to receive it! I check on the website and all it states is that the order is "in process". There is no address or contact number on the web site. Learned a valuable lesson, before ordering check the web site for a customer service number and check for complaints on line.

So far all I have read is that the delivery process is slow and the customer service response is too slow to respond or deos respond at all. So I am hoping to eventually get my order, but I will NEVER order from these folks again.

BY FAR, one of the worst online retailers I have EVER dealt with. My order took two weeks to get to me, and worse than that, I wrote three emails to "Customer Care" (what a joke) to inquire about my order and didn't receive any response until a few days after I had received the item. No contact information outside of an email address that you don't respond to. Will NEVER do business with again.
