C.M.S. was contracted to deliver x-amount of targeted traffic to my business web site.
After paying $3, 000 up front, nothing happened.
Evidently, all they do is cash your check and hide.
I filed a complaint with their state's attorney general & BBB.

I'm still waiting.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
