	kevin moore December 17, 2009 unsolicited download I have had two occasions, where, cyber security has been download onto my computre, and I found it very difficult to remove. It told me I had various trojans and viruses, and tha I should get their program to remove them. I think I got this unwanted program when browsing google. I think name that tune website, and Janelle Saffin m.p websites were responsible, but not sure.
	Sidney Norris November 5, 2009 Refund A warning came up on my computer screen that I was infected with a virus and to download Cyber Security Antivirus Software for a charge of ($79.90), well I did and it never registered and didn'twork. The site also stated that I had 90 days to request a refund. It didn't give the information for me to request for a refund and the name that shows on my bank statement can't be found on the web (Thinkpcsctore). I was also charge a few of $2.40 from (International Service Assessment Thinkpcsctore.C). What's going on? My computer is now dead.
