I ordered a $109.40 of items from Cybermoon, which was taken out of my account on 11/29/2010. On Dec. 26, 2010, I emailed [email protected], to ask the status. Beth responded that there must of been a computer glitch and they would get the items out within 10 days. On Jan. 20, 2011, I emailed again. No response. I emailed on Jan. 24. 2011, on the 26th, Beth responded with asking if I received any part of my order. I responded that indeed I had not and I was requesting a refund if I had not received the items by Feb. 1. No response. On Feb. 3, 2011, I received 2 of the items that I ordered, totally $15. I sent another email on Feb. 4, 8, 14 and so on. I have left several voice mails to 404-348-4477, which most times doesn't even ring and goes straight to voice mail. There website states that is hard to reach them by phone so be sure to email first. No response. I just submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today. I don't know if they can help but at least its something. I wish I would of read the complaints before I ordered.
