Customer Service Problems
If I had known about all these Cylapril complaints I never would have ordered it. I ordered it last week after seeing their ad in a weekly tabloid my mom gets. It seems like a great product, so after finding these complaints I called them to check on my order. I also told them about the Cylapril complaints circulating online, about them making unauthorized CC charges and not stopping the Auto Ship when requested to do so. The girl I spoke with assured me that as long as I call before Dec 21st with is my (14 day trial end date) I will have no problems in getting the Auto Ship & CC charges stopped. WE WILL SEE!

lied about shipping and handling charges
I ordered the free bottle of Cylapril and Book, all had to pay, was for S.& H for $9.95 . well I, was charged, $9.99. they said NO, that was the charge . and I didn't even get a book . I got a CD, that didn't work it was blank. So I called to let them know, all of this. but they didn't want to credit me my right amount for my shipping and handling, that is how much it is they said. . I said check your avertisment on TV and website, so u can see the right amount for S.& H. And I was SUPOSED to get, 120 ct.. of.PILLS AND all I got. Was 30, so this all a scamm, I recieved it one day and the next day I canceled it. they did not even want to help me in any way. I should have been charged the right amount for S.&H. and the right amount of pills, And CD, that worked, I was told I was getting a book, didn't even get that, now I see why so many people have made complaints about this junk. I don't no if it works, but if it does then they would have helped me the right way. I canceled it already, and the guy on the phone, i'm just trying to order the free bottle & book and pay for S.&H. For $9.95, and he was trying to sell me everything, except his soul, couldn't even get a word in. so I called back to make sure nothing else was orded. I told them. That I want my CD that works and the right amount of pills AND WHEN AND THEY WILL FIND OUT it's ONLY $9.95 FOR S.&H. $4 is $4. THEY BETTER put it back in my account, and there trying to tell me something that's in black and white. and to let everyone know!!! they SELL it at WALGREENS FOR $34.00 AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE, IF NOT CANCEL $54.95 PLUS $6.99 S.&H.they are crazy!!! everyone be aware!!!

BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A RIPOFF. YOU WILL NOY BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY ALREADY TOOK MY WIFE FOR OVER $200.00

refunding
i ordered some cylapril and i hav=d to send it back and they got it back on sept. 3rd. its now nov. 9th and they want me to wait another month. i have had 4 people tell me differant thins on how i should have got my refund they wont give me a phone number to call and make a complaint they gave my a fake email to write to. all i want to do is to talk to someone about the refund and get my money i think ive waited long enough. its not right for them to rip me off.

I called them told them I did not want the product and that I was refusing the shipment. And now they will not give me back my money.

They did not send it out till Wednesdays 9/23/2009
I received it on Friday 9/25/2009
I did not open the shipment and I called cylapril CO. They told me to send it back unopened so I did.
I called UPS at 6:20 Pm on Friday 9/25/2009
UPS picked it up on Monday 9/28/2009 at 5:51 Pm
It was received in AUBURN, ME, US Friday 09/30/2009 At 11:11 A.M. DELIVERY
And now they will not give me back my money.

Wants to offer me to rejoin!
After FINALLY getting them to CANCEL me from their fraudulent company and fighting with my credit card company (which I had to cancel my credit card) they had the nerve to call me the other day to RE offer their services and product! I don't think the salesman on the other end of the phone could beleive how fast and plain I could explain that I have fraud complaints pending against the company he was representing! So beware all who fell for this scam the first time, because they WILL be calling you back with more GREAT offers! Their TV ads NEED to be stopped and their company closed!!!

WILL NOT RETURN MONEY AFTER ADMITTING THEY HAVE RECEIVED PRODUCT BACK SO I AM OUT $$ AND ALL PRODUCT
Product purchased from TV gave me a constant nausea feeling so I returned. When purchasing originally I told them not to send automatically but they did anyway and charged my debit card. I called and cancelled but that did not stop and customer service said someone must have punched wrong key( yeah sure). So next they said send back with RMA number as required. I did this and have post office confirmation number that they have received on Sept. 3 2009 at 1:25pm. Customer service said that after they receive product it will be about week to two weeks and money will be returned. Oct 1 called and they said we forgot to (punch in the RMA number again) and now you will have wait 1 or 2 billing cycles for the refund. I have followed every request to the letter and customer service has admitted serveral of their internal screw up's but I AM BEING BEING PUNISHED AND HAVE TO WAIT 1 or 2 billing cycles? ALso please note that the customer service agents are getting more "B hy" with every call and I hope anyone even thinking about doing business with this company THINKS AGAIN and saves their hard earned dollars.

BEWARE
I'm actually a former employee (well I'm quitting today) of a company called Nutramedics. I've been working for them since last Tuesday. During the first week of training, you practice reading from a script and the next week, you get on the phones with customers. When reading the autoships to customers, we were supposed to quickly, in a monatone way, and nonchalantly so that the customers wouldn't notice the fact that we going to charge them additional money after 14 days. Something about this just didn't seem right to me and I wasn't the only one that felt that way.
A coworker of my walked out almost as soon as her shift and left a note on my desk that told me to give her a call when I got off work. I called her and she confirmed what I was feeling. NUTRAMEDICS, ADRENAL FATIGUE INSTITUTE, AND ANYTHING DEALING WITH THEIR PRODUCTS IS A FRAUD. The sad part is that the employees are totally oblivious to what is going on.
I was deeply saddened, because I talked to customers that were desperate and I felt like I was cheating them out of their joy. I cried and cried... I will never forget Ms. Rita and Ms. Marie. I sat in church last night and just wept and prayed for all of the innocent people that are being preyed on.
*BEWARE*
If you are a customer that has not made a purchase... CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT PICK... I believe that they are either screening calls or just have you on an automatic system.
I'm so sorry and I'm reporting them to the State Attorney's Office. I don't know how much damage it will do, because they are thorough in their paperwork.

Overcharged
Never order free trial from this company. They ask for your credit card and overcharge it for supplies you never ordered or authorized. Very rude Customer service if you try to complain about their charges. I already hate their product!!!

fraudulent billing
I ordered a 15 day trial of the company's product Cylapril, I tried the trial product for 13 days and did not see any improvement in energy, etc. I called on Sept. 1 to cancel the automatic 3 month supply reorder. I also went an email cancellation message to their customer service group on Sept. 2, day #14 of the trial. I was given a company RMA # and was told that they had shipped out the unwanted additional product. I told them that I would return the unopened product by UPS. I heard back from the company telling met that I would have to wait 2 billing cycles for a refund. I replied by e-mail the following message-" Since the product has been returned to you unopened and you have kept the $129.28 that you have debited from my account since early September. I respectfully request that you return $129.28 immediately. I received the 15 day trial on 8/20, I called to cancel any further orders on September 1, emailed cancellation as well on September 2, both cancellations occurred before 15 days. It is not acceptable for you to wait 2 billing cycles to return my money especially since you have already received unopened product back from me."
