Cylon llc is charging me $9.99 on my cell phone bill and it is not able to be disputed through my cell phone company. I have never given Cylon llc authorization to charge anything to my cell phone. This is outright theft.

I received an email which I deleted and the Company charged my AT&T bill. AT&T was aware of the charge and the Cylon who is scamming.

My eleven year old daughter was on a website for the Jonas Brothers and it prompted her to text to a number-then blam every month they charge 9.99 to our bill. I have been trying to get this stopped and it will not. My carrier credited a one time credit but all I get a run around after that. they told me to replySTOP as a text and it will stop. Well they just change numbers and do it all over again. The fricken Attorney General tells the customer-consumers to handle it themselves. I noticed an additional charge of $9.99 on my cell phone bill. I recently subscribed to a EVERYTHING "family plan" to avoid any additional charges on my phone bill each month. The charge appeared from a company named Cylon LLC: Alerts - Info Text 38146. When I contacted Sprint's customer service department they indicated that we had subscribed to products from this company. I immediately did a google search to find out who this company was and found that I wasn' t the only victim of this scam. I did manage to find out that this company is located in Scottsdale, AZ and the phone number listed was 480-368-2585. The president of this company is named as Wayne D. Destephano, President Cylon, LLC. I'm going to contact them in reference to their practices and request a refund of the monies taken. Hope this information helps someone. I didn't think this kind of thing was possible. If you decide to call them maybe blocking your number won't be a bad idea. Who knows, they may try to bill your landline services.
