FRAUD CHARGES
My olderly mothers cell phone has been charges numourous times of 9.99 for ? services. She has had cell phone turned off for 1 month and the charges keep appearing on her bill. There is no way of contacting this co to dispute these charges. She has this phone for emergency purpose only. This has caused her must stress and wants to get ride of it completely. Please if anyone can tell me how I can contact this company!!!

So I was checking my son, s cell account and found that 2 days ago we were charged 9.99 for some gaming service that we did not apply for!! I was told there is no way to stop it . I could try to text the 41463 and tell them to stop..
Well I decided to call Virgin Mobile back and tell them they are responsible if they let it happen on a minors account ...
I told them my credit card wa son an auto top up and I was going to deny charges claming fraud..
They Instantly gave me my credit back to my account.
So for those of you this is happening to stand firm!

Received a text from someone I did not recognize. Did not answer, just deleted. Then a month later, I received a 9.99 charge on my Sprint bill. This is FRAUD.

Fraudulent Cell Phone Charge
While reviewing my online bill with Sprint this month, I saw a charge for $9.99 that I didn't recognize. So, I called Sprint customer service to inquire. I was told that I had sent a text (from my phone) with a "ringer" attached. None of this made sense, especially considering the number the charge was being billed to was my 12-year old son's. I later did some research online to find hundreds of articles just like the one I'm creating, now. I've asked Sprint for a full refund, as this charge was unauthorized. We'll see what happens...

Text messaging cellular charges
On 4/28/09, I received a text message stating I could receive free receipt texts. After signing in, I received a text message providing me with a password and stating that there would be monthly charges of $9.99. I immediately replied that I did not want to participate in their offer and got an immediate reply that I had opted out. On 5/18/09, I received my cellular bill and am being charged a monthly charge of $9.99 from Cylon LLC for the text offering on 4/28/09 and they applied those charges on 4/29/09 even though they said I had opted out. My cellular service had instructions on how to stop the subscription by texting to a short code. I did so and was told I had already opted out but that other standard charges may apply. I am not receiving any service from this company that is ripping me off. I do not have the internet on my phone. I tried to find a web site to contact this company but have been unable to find one.

bogus charge
Mar. 09 a charge of 9.99 from Cylon LLC when I didn't download anything either on my cell phone or computer that should have been billed to my telephone bill. Then in Apr. and May I'm being charged by m-Qube for 9.99 and 19.98. Again I've not downloaded nor has anyone else had this phone number to download.

Theft Through Cell Phone
The company Cylon LLC put a charge on my cell phone of $9.99 and it is scheduled for renewal on May 21, 2009. I did not authorize this. There is no Short Code to stop the subscription.

illegal charges
On 4/12/2009 at 4:04 pm my daughter was sent a text from #38146.She opened it and then deleted it.On our current att cell phone bill there is a charge for $9.99 from this date and number.it says we will be charged every month on the 12th the 9.99.The company is Cylon LLC-after pulling Cylon up on the internet I see that this is a scam and it is happening to thousands of people.This company must be stopped.Now i have to call my cell phone company to get this charge taken off and stop any further charges from Cylon, which unfortunately can take an hour due to customer service.Cylon needs to be put out of business.

unauthorized charges on cell phone bill
I never signed up for anything, I'd never even seen the company name until it started showing up as a $9.99 charge on my Sprint cell phone bill. I can't find a contact number or address to get the money refunded. I had the exact same thing happen with Playphone too. Does anyone have info on Cylon LLC?
