WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!
I ordered two brown "leather" couches but INSTEAD I received 1 brown and 1 black PLASTIC couches! They FALSELY ADVERTISE their products.
So they sent me the wrong crap, all I would have to do is return the crap and get my money back right??
Definitely NOT the case, they requested me to send them pictures of the couches so when I tried to priority mail them to their address, they didn't accept it and it was returned back to me. Jennifer from returns would e-mail me and after I would reply, no response!!

NOW they are saying they have to charge me a restocking fee of $176 and a ridiculous shipping fee of $391.20 and can only give me CREDIT!!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. NO PERSON IN THEIR RIGHT MIND SHOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CYMAX! YOU WILL EITHER END UP WITH WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE SENDING YOU AND LOSE YOUR MONEY.
