Cymax was quick to take my order and promised that I would have my item within one week. After one week the order still had not even been shipped. To further compound the situation no one at cymax could even estimate a shipping date. Trying to contact cymax for any reason other than to place an order has proved to be an even greater problem. My credit card was charged when the order was placed, not when shipped as it is with most on line businesses. Currently I am trying to cancel my order with cymax and it is becoming another problem. My advice is to stay away from cymax.
