Go Daddy lost three of my websites. When I requested that they recover from backup, I discovered that one of their computers had lost a hard drive, and the content with it. I received no notification of the loss, and apparently the "nightly" backup that they do, does not exist. I did have a backup that was a month old, and was able to save the sites, but was disappointed that Godaddy failed me.
