Ordered a ring 9/29, paying extra for 3-day ups. Website says they won't bill until they ship. They billed 10/6 and sent via snail mail 10/13. Liked the ring when it arrived until one of the side stones fell out just a few days later. Sent ring back 10/28 with assurances that it would be repaired and sent back within a week (wasn't). Called 11/16 and was promised it would go out 11/17 via overnight. Told them I would require my money back if not received by 11/19 (wasn't). Called this morning (11/23) and demanded money back, was told supervisor would call back (didn't). Called again this afternoon and was told it had gone out this morning (we'll see).
I doubt that I will see the ring or refund any time soon. Don't do business with these people unless you have infinite patience, money to burn, or live in their neighborhood and can breathe down their necks until they deliver what they promise.
