I ordered a bumper for my car on June 8, 2006. When the part arrived, it was quite large as you can imagine. It was left by my front door by DHL. When I arrived home I realized it was not the correct part for my make and model vehicle. I immediately called them and they told me DHL would pick it up for return. One month later I have not received a credit on my card.
I have made numerous attempts to receive my money back. I was told that the part arrived damaged by DHL and that I could not have my money back until a claim was made. Not only is this unfair, I believe it is illegal.I have been told on 3 different occassions that the credit was applied when in reality it wasn't. it is now July 12 and they have now been holding my money for over a month...and gving me the runaround. A complaint was also filed with the Better Business Bureau.
Had I not realized no credit had appeared on my statement these people would have resold the part and kept my money!!!
Do not do business with these dishonest crooks.
