Todd Engerman with D&T Interior Solutions Corp saw my ad on Craigslist requesting bids to perform demolition, sheetrock, and painting services for my rental in Lacey, WA. He drove up from Portland, seemed like a clean-cut guy who knew his stuff, and e-mailed a fair proposal.

I paid him $1, 470 cash on March 12, 2010 as a deposit. I have copies of our numerous e-mail correspondences as well as a signed invoice showing the total paid. After giving him the money he has failed to respond to e-mails, phone calls, or a letter. (His business phone number is now disconnected.) Since that time I have moved forward, hiring different contractors to do the work he was supposed to do.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. Doing a little search will reveal additional complaints like this.
