It is sorry to inform that having exprience of about more than fifty year ur customers have to feel low at urs service centers.
I have a Maruti Zen Classic model 2000 no.UP 12 E 4774 bought at Meerut UP. Since then I have been driving this car. On 3rd of October 2010 I have given my car at D D MOTORS Dehradun to resolve some machenical problems in it, I been given job card regarding this in which routine things were mentioned besides been told that delivery would be given on 4th Oct. but it is sorry to say that even after this I have not got any call for delivery of my car till 9th Oct. despite of the fact that I have given calls to the concerned people many times. Furthe, even after this the day on which my wife got delivery of the car she found that the Windshield Glass of the car was broken and wife was told that it was broken when car sent to the workshop, which was wrong & which can be seen from the job card given at the entry of the vehicle. For this I need to talk to G M of the workshop, who ultimalely got the issue resolved but for which I need to wait for next 4 more days.
The point I just want to make is that I have to take pain for things which was unnecessary & unworthy. It is also important that being Officer in the state govt. of Uttarakhand things could have gone bad for the people concerned but even after this I did not file an F I R.
So it is necessary for people concerned that they do their duty honestly & ease, by which better relations and service could be provided to the customers & unnecessary litigation could be avoided.
