I have acquired a D-Link DIR-600 Router here in Brazil, but the support is too incompetent. The same for the equipment, that the support have changed 3 times and 2 of them have been 2 times in support for reppairs! I have 5 RMA numbers!
I have knowledge that the model DIR-600 is not sell anymore in Europe and United States, but a have purchased this P.O.S. here! Why???
My complaint is for the support (non mention for the P.O.S.) that leave us waiting in phone more than 15 minutes and don't solve our problems. Please look at www.reclameaqui.com.br.
I don't know if that problem with the support occurs worldwide, 'cos I already encounter various complaits in my way to find this site, but in Brazil is not even regular. To have an idea, I receive the router in december 23 by mail (i've acquired it in an e-commerce) and I just have the router for totally 3-hours for all 4 equipments (different S/Ns), and the router(s) have being this almost 4 months, more in support than in my home!!! They take about 20 days to repair a NON REAPAIRED equipment.
Please talk with my fellow countrymen to be more respectful with their clients, 'cos with this ongoing treatment (and the P.O.S. too), the name "D-Link" will be degrated do the subterranean.
