I have just about the same complaint as listed for this company as prior complaintant. Puchased by google checkout - never received - sent email - they said sent ups - no tracking number - waited 1 month - no reply to 2nd email - got a chargeback from visa - contacted district atty in mesa & will file criminal complaint for apparently massive fraud

Placed my order on 4/2/2011 (126.02) Paid by AMEX Card. Received no shipment notification(first clue). Sent "merchant" an inquiry through Google checkout system asking for tracking number. D2D replied that shipment was sent via USPS(with no tracking number), even though I paid 14.35 for UPS Shipping. No merchant sends an order over $10 with a ship method that cannot be tracked. I contacted the "merchant" again requesting that they re-ship the order via UPS Ground and send me the tracking number. The reply was "we will do that, thanks". No further communication since then. After reading the other scam reports on this company, I immediatly called American Express to initiate a chargeback, since it is obvious that any request for a refund will get about as much attention as they give to shipping out orders. Don't bother dealing with these Bozos, just call the payment service company you used and do a chargeback. It is likely that they will not respond to a credit card company either and you get your money back and they get a bill from the credit card company.

Many cases of this "business" not delivering purchased merchandise. Seems to be a scam, and wonder why this person (Austin Jacobs) is still defrauding people online.
