Was checking my bill with my verizon provider and going thru all charges. Found out there was a 9.99 charge monthly for wallpaper/ringtones/music from Dada.net? Asked what it was and found out it was added from an online source to our minor sons cell phone. I googled this place and called them. First: the rep was extremely rude! Basically told me it was my fault for letting our son go online. Secondly: he could only refund 8 of the 14 charges, it was on my bill for 14 months! I was kinda happy to just get anything back but it really irked me that the rep was extremely rude and antagonizing! So I spoke with my husband then called them back! I asked so, how much usage was actually used? The rep immediately stated: It is not charged by use it is charged as a service! I responded: Did not ask that question! How much usage was utilized by my sons number! Zero!! They have these little quizes that ask for a cell number then in small print state you must be at least 13 yrs old with parental permission to subscribe! Our son was 9 at the time!! We are getting a full refund of all charges! Do not take no for an answer, this site is a complete scam and needs to be shut off entirely!

Check your cell bill if you see 9.99 charge that you don't know what it is call your cell provider, somehow they can get your cell # ( do not give your cell # online for any reason) and will charge you indefinitely if you don't complain. While you are on the phone with your cell co. ask them make a 3-way call to ask for a refund and to discontinue this charge. I have Verizon service, and I did not sign up for any offer.

Says Freepass or trial, then they charged me $9.99 on my sprint bill - sound familiar?
Same with a company called Ring N Rock Credits and Flycell where you are lured on a trial subscription, and even if you were active for 10 minutes and cancelled you already got charged on your bill. We have to group against these scammers

Guys, please don't be a scammer? I was just trying to check out the site to see if we would like this service, I probably had our account active for a whopping 10 minutes, and you charged my account $9.99??? Come on. People who work for DADA, seriously, do you wish this done to you? You told me to stop the service and cancel the account via text which I did right away, now you bill me for $9.99? How low can you go scamming people???

This is a complete scam!!! I am so pissed to find that this company has fraudulently charged me twice last month for a new subscription I didn't authorize. That total comes to 19.98 for a service I niether knew about nor did I use. When I called verizon they state that they can not refund any portion of the charge so basically I have to eat it and they put a block on my phone for future scams of this sort. When I then contacted the company to request a refund I was too bad the charges have already occured and I will NOT get a refund of any sort. What a flippin scam, something should be done through our phone companies to alert consumers of scams like these and that we have the option to have a block put on our phones to stop this from happening.

I downloaded a song that was shown on a radio station as a charge of $1.99, after the download, I received a text that there is a $9.99 monthly charge so I unsubscribed to find out that not only am I going to be charged $9.99 but I lost my additional credits.
