The DAHHANES website specified a Xantrex MS3000 as in stock, along with other Xantrex items. I placed the order and received an email back confirming the order, the items, the shipping method and the address. I specified 1-2 day express shipping from DHL.
The same day I received a confirmation from PayPal for the $1, 806.75 charge and payment to Dahhanes Co. The next day Visa verified the charge to my credit card.
I posted a question on the website to clarify the need for an additional part, I received no reply.
Two days later I went to the site to verify shipment, the order was listed as 'waiting payment'. It is now 11 days later. The site still says 'waiting payment' and five emails to two different addresses have gone completely unanswered.

I fear this is a fraudulent business and my money may be at risk.

I have filed a complaint with Visa. I may file a complaint with the District Attorney as well.
