Ordered the Tex Avery Collection and after a month they hadn't sent out the merchandise. When I wrote to complain they sent an email claiming that they'd sent the material out a long time ago -- only to have it arrive, post-marked the day after my email, a few days later. When examined, 2 out of the 5 DVDs were defective: one was blank, the other a duplicate -- thus only 3 out of 5 discs.
After an email was sent complaining, and they asked which discs and were told, they never replied until, a month later, I called MasterCard and canceled payment to them. That night they sent an email claiming they had sent the replacement discs out to me. When the discs did arrive, the post mark showed that they date they were sent was, in fact, three days after the email reply -- and, in keeping with their lousy service, one of the discs was again: blank.
Although they claimed to be sending me a replacement -- so far, after three or four weeks, nothing has been done. These guys are scam artists -- they steal the material and the steal your money by not even delivering their pirated DVDs after they've been paid.
