I had dents to my driver and driver's side passenger doors repaired in December 2009.
When I got the car back the following NEW problems were present:
Wind whistle coming from drivers new drivers side mirror on new drivers side door
Door doesn't close properly
Window winder stripped - doesn't work
light on inside of drivers door cracked and not working
grease smeared on windows.

Despite going their 3 times they have not repaired the wind whistle, claiming my car is old. They are very rude and unpleasant. They told me that they will not fix it because they are unable to and then asked me to leave and contact my insurer.

They did not apologise for the shoddy workmanship. Some of the minor things mentioned above were repaired, though I needed to go there twice and fight with them. They are very rude and unprofessional.
