This morning i came in to purchase something that was on sale but everytime they ask me if i have a CVS Card I tell them yes and when they go to key in my phone number it does not pop up when I signed up for the CVS Card I put all my information but apparently my information has not been keyed into your system so therefore every time I have to pay full price. My CVS card no. is 487-9022-2109-28 I finally found it after looking for it. But this is a very inconvience to me at all times. Therefore I feel the system needs to be updated when information has been provided to you for a CVS Card. This is the second time this has happen to me I have applied for two CVS Card and nothing is posted on your system like Tom Thumb grocery store does I can key in my phone number and it pops up your store is the only one i have a problem and i guess i will discontinue to come to the store because of this.
