Okay, when I originally schedule this company to come move my home, they were supposed to come to my house, pack it up, move it 3 blocks, and unpack my home. They were supposed to supply EVERYTHING. I was told they would arrive between 9 and 11 a.m. I called them about 9:45 because I had not heard anything from them yet. I was told that the window was 8:00 to 12:00 noon (not what I was originally told by Percell).

At 10:45 a.m. my "mover" called to tell me that he was still on his first move, and that it would be 4:00 p.m. before they would arrive. When I called the office to complain, I was told that the 8:00 to 12:00 window was only an estimate time of arrival. I was further told that they had given my mover two moves to complete that day, and there was nothing they could do. I asked to have another mover come to move me and was told that they did not have any and that I would just have to wait it out, but if one became available they would "send them right over, but why don't you start moving the little stuff".

In the mean time, we had to scramble to get boxes and start boxing our house up. My husband recently had major abdominal surgery and was told not to lift anything over 3 lbs. Which is why I scheduled movers to move our house.

At 3:45 I received the second call from my "mover" and was told it was looking like it would be closer to 5:00 because of "unforseen traffic" -- Um, hello, I35 North has been under construction for a year now, how is it unforseen?

It was after 6:00 p.m. before my mover arrived at my house, in a rented truck, no moving supplies (dolly, moving blankets, etc). The movers did not move my entire house. They moved most of the interior, and my freezer, that was it. We had to move everything that was in the garage, and about 3 pick up truck loads of stuff that the movers didn't move from the house. It was after midnight by the time they unloaded everything at our new house. They cracked the water lines on my washer, did not hook up my washer or dryer, broke one of the feet on my king size bed frame, "hid" part of my daughter's queen size bed frame under the king size bed. They didn't assemble the king bed frame correctly (which is how we found out about the missing queen bed frame piece). All the boxes which were clearly marked as to what room they belonged in, were just stacked in the kitchen with no organization at all.

I will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them. For all my trouble, I received a whopping $5.00 off per hour. It saved me a whole $30.00 UGH!
