The above Company took payment via RBS worldpay for furniture they did not have in stock on 9th June. I called them for a delivery date as they had not contacted me on 13th June and they confirm they had mailed me on Friday 10th June advising they did not have stock and a refund would be made that would take 3 days.
On 21st June no refund had been made and I tried calling the company but ended up mailing the company who the did the refund but have incurred charged on my credit card which I have asked them to pay. They say they have 14 days to do a refund but I cannot believe that when they took money knowing they did not have the stock available.
