I signed up for pogo club on June 25, and it was taken out my account on June 27, one for $29.99, and the other one for $121.95. I want to know what the second amount is for, and why I can not access my account.
I lost over 900 thousand tokens in this transaction, and they keep telling me my trial period is expired. I know when you pay for something you should be able to access it and it is not a trial period.
I want this resolved, and all the money taken out be put back in my account by the end of the month, July 30, 2008. I want my tokens back, and no more money to be extracted from my account.
