Dear Complaints Board,
Since I joined Damsha Investments last Nov '08 the following has occured;
-every time a ring Customer Service there is only an answering machine whici I leave my message but they refuse to ring me back. Their lame excuse is that they have been too busy.
- Customer service is not professional and prompt.
- I did not receive my monthly statement (trader's account statement) for the month of April. What is going on when they won't ring me back? I am extremely disappointed because the fee was $10000 upfront for 4 years of trading service ( it took me 8 years to save up $10000 on the pension).
I was constantly harrassed by phone to join up and then after I joined up Customer Service refuse to return my phone calls - something does not seem right here.
What is going on here?
