Why won't you ackowledge the return of faulty merchandize, and refund the cost.The product was marked down as clearance after I informed you of the Incere punches that would not punch. I had order three and each had the same problem, after my intial contact you told me not to open the other 2 how could I know they were faulty were you going to put them back in inventory? It took so long to for you to respond you
said it was past the 30 day return policy.I told you I would accept a replacement if you would open the packages to make sure the punches worked, no responce again.
I sugested a compromize because I wanted to place another order if would you deduct the cost of the punches from a reasonably large order.Your responce again did not even mention the comnpromize, again no responce. I returned the punches to you some time ago and you said you hadn't received them. You gave an excuse that your supplier would not take the punches back, I was a sales executive with one of the largest cosmetic companies in Canada and the US, if a product was returned for any reason as a representative of the company I accepted the product for a refund or an alternative product remembering the customer is always right, one of the first lessons we were told.
I have ordered from you before with substantial orders and yet you treat your customer's this way.A happy customer will come back to you and order more, an unhappy customer means lost income for you and a bad reputation.
