I have not heard from the office of Daniel H. Fox in over 6 weeks. They are suppose to be representing me in my home modification. Last time I tried to call the offices there was a message stating that in 15 business days there would be an update letter sent to me about my loan mod and to not leave a message because they where busy speaking with lenders and that was over 6 weeks ago. Lets see 6x5 is 30 well there only fifteen days late or 3 weeks without any explanation thats good business right? What a joke. I paid monthly installments totaling $2000.00 dollars to the firm for there services and have recieved nothing. That entire office is full of liars. Nadia Jose assured me that they were taking care of it all. I just had to send the documents over to the office and they would take it from there. I just happen to give my lender a call when they first started representing me to check on the status and credibility of the firm and specifically Nadia Jose and my lender had recieved incomplete files or where missing paperwork that was sent over from the firm that I paid to represent me! Daniel H. Fox and Nadia Jose I demand a refund of my funds as per agreed for your so called services because there has been no service. I have done it all myself. You take advantage of people who are in a tough spot. Men and women with children who by you "Daniel H. Fox" and you "Nadia Jose" yes you put there trust in you and by you taking our cases you very much take an aspect of our lives into your hands. How many have you lied to and taken advantage of since the housing market has crashed. If I am wrong Daniel H. Fox or Nadia Jose then prove it and prove me wrong. A phone call might be a good place to start.
