I purchased one piece of jewelry on or about 5/27/09 for a $9 introductory rate. Thereafter, on or about 6/2/09, I canceled my account. I was advised two pieces of jewelry were already shipped, but to return them to their Evanston address listed on their webiste. I returned the two shipments on or about 6/7/09, which by delivery confirmation were received by the company on or about 6/12/09. I was told a credit to my account would take approximately ten days from the company's receipt of the returned jewelry. I have yet to receive a credit. Today I contacted the company and was advised that the address listed on their website is an "old" address that "hasn't been changed." And that the jewelry had to be shipped to their new address, which happens twice a month. I was not given a reason why jewelry that was received in mid-June in Evanston was not yet received at the new address. I am seeking my credit of $138.00.
