I resently took my 2001 Lexus 300ex to Danny's Family Carwash and had them change my transmission, coolant and oil, because their price was reasonable compared to a Lexus dealer. Shortly after, I noticed fluid leaking and returned to find out that both my transmission and oil is leaking and they said that they were not responsible. To repair the leaks it will cost over $2, 500.00 because the transmission will need to be pulled to repair both leaks. Prior to taking my car to Danny's it ran perfect with not even a spot of fluids leaking. At the time my Lexus only had 95, xxx miles on it, ran perfect with no fluids leaking. This car has been perfectly maintained by a dealer with all fluids being replaced per the manufacturers recommendation.

It's kind of funny how Danny's employees bend over backwards to sell their service, but will not backup their work. Prior to this event I would visit Danny's on a regular basis. My advice to everyone is never take your vehicle to Danny's Family carwash for fluid maintenance. I am now boycotting all Danny's establishments.
