FIRST OFF - I TOLD VISA THE WHOLE STORY. VISA DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY OF A PRODUCT. SO, I TOLD VISA I DIDN'T GET WHAT I ORDERED. SURE I GOT SOMETHING, BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED. THEN I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT TO DISPUTE THE QUALITY OF WHAT I GOT I WANT TO DISPUTE WHAT I GOT WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED.
NEXT I TOOK MY DVD'S TO MY LOCAL VIDEO STORE AND THEY CONFIRMED THEY WHERE BOOTLEGGED. THIS MADE IT A WHOLE NEW BALLPARK WITH VISA.
I NOW HAVE A TEMPORARY CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD. THE SELLER HAS 45 DAYS TO RESPOND. ONCE THIS BECOMES A PERMANENT CREDIT I WILL CONTACT THE FBI. IT'S ILLEGAL, BY FEDERAL LAW, TO SELL, MAKE, OR DISTURB BOOTLEGGED MATERIAL.
I ALSO GOT THE BANK THAT ISSUED THE CARD INVOLVED AND SOME CARDS HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTIES OFFERED BY THEM. ASK VISA IF CARD HAS THIS PLAN AND IF SO YOU WANT THEM TO REPLACE YOUR DVD'S.
FINALLY, I GOT A PHONE NUMBER THE BANK GAVE ME THAT APPEARED WITH THE CHARGE FROM THIS COMPANY ( A 510 AREA CODE). I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A SEFF WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HE TOLD ME I WAS STUPID.
