billed out of plan promised
Dear Sir, I purchased data card for my lap top from your office staff mr. Mahendra Pal in feb08.at the time of selling card he told me that cost of card is rs.2700.00 if I pay rs.3367.00 then under scheme I will get two months free connectivity for twenty four hrs a day.card no. 9359838064 was activated on 16/02/08.but after 5-6 days it was deactivated.when I contacted your office I was told that there was something wrong in communication due to which this happened and after 2-3 days it was activated but again after 4-5 days it was again deactivated.since I was out of station till 26/03/08 it remained deactivated.when now I contacted ur office iwas told that till now my data card was not activated under new plan of two months free connectivity so now first I will have to pay for the time I used internet.i want to clear that I am a retired govt.servent enjoying my retired life.so my internet use per month was only rs 200.00to300.0 per month.which can be verified from my bills of my phon no. 05913291110.but while using datacard I did not bother for the time because for me it was under scheme.so now if I am told that so far I have not been given the scheme then it is none of my fault.now again on 29/04/08 card was activated and I was told that now it is under the scheme but again on 02/05/08 it was deactivated and I was told that now my usage amount has crossed rs800.00 so first I will have to clear the bill only then I will get internet connection.it is therefore requested since my connection was under a scheme this usage of internet be treated as part of free period my card should be activated for remaining period out of 2months.
