Extreme Rudeness and Insults when I replied honestly to email asking if I was satisfied w/service, Damaged Equipment, Dishonesty of what my computer needed, Guy in store was rude AND blew on my computer keyboard A LOT to get the tiny bit of dust off of it (YUCK!)
