I,anuradha on the behalf of Data Secure Solutions is facing problems regarding Airtel. As we had takenbroadband connection and A/c No is-12664992 .We had asked the person from Airtel itself regarding to change the bill plan.
The bill plan has been changed. Apart from the nos we are using we received the bill of those nos which we are not using
I called up that concerned person 3-4 times but none of the response came.As the concern of customer service is nill.
Please take an urgent action to solve are problem
I hope that complain can be acted seriously
