Company more or less are over priced IT contractors.. Employees are entry level and will learn how to do the job on your dime...if its a simple fix but the individual tasked with the job doesn’t know how to do it.. guess what? you're also charged for the time it takes him/her to learn how to solve the problem.. the owner is a jerk off.. prides himself on going against American labor laws and California labor practices.. talks about being on time.. but the fucker has a bed in his office sleeps half the day while charging customers expensive fees.

When I felt my company was being over charged I got a hold of other dataframe customers and found them too being charged ridiculous fees for issues that should be covered under dataframe product guaranty when sold on a solution... Example a computer built by dataframe breaks down.. Then dataframe will also charge you for having to fix it although it never worked right from day one.

I will never do business with this company ever again they are all rookies… if you see names like Michael Tsia or Joe Tseng.. Stay away .. they're racist gooks!
