Do not have the membership they say yhey have
They sell what they don't have. They do not have the membership they tell you have. They lie and have no ethics. They check you out before you even come for your appt. Everybody pays a different amt. Very high pressure.

Poor Communications
I signed up for the service, being promised my 'Matches". Quite an expensive lesson in scamming.
I received my first 'match' within 3 days and subsequently found out she had cancelled her service. Called to complain, 3x, and have gone without a match for 3 weeks. Called & talked to the 'matchmaker & was assured I would have a match by close of business that day. Still waiting.
Received notification from my bank of several (6) overseas charges ( card had not been used for 2 years ). Needless to say I had to cancel the card.
Am not sure how to proceed, but it won't be pretty for them OR me.
Received my 'contact form, filled it out & have nothing in response.
BUYERS BEWARE.

does not live up to contract
Lots of friendly people promising wonderful things. In the nearly 12 months since I signed up for this service I have had exactly 1 introduction. Calls to their office go unreturned. Even if you manage to get a real person on the phone - they promise to call you back, but don't. I signed my contract with the head of the office who promised to handle my account personally. I was repeatedly handed off to a Junior person who never followed thru on anything.
I do not believe this service has the "inventory" of clients to support the service they promise. Despite claims of having multiple offices in the tri state area from which they can draw clients - they just don't seem to have the matches they promised.
Would love to sue the pants off of these people.
