I notified my bank about non-service on a VISA charge. Note: there was no phone number for the USEARCH on the charge.
The bank has turned this over to their fraud department. I will not be responsible for $59.85 I paid for a 3 day service.
Anyone using a bank card for their payment, should notify their bank.
