I have some issues with this site and it's owner Jeremy Johnson/ Brian Fitzgerald.
There are several main points to be made: the owner of this site has a prurile business model that serves no purpose except to make a profit from human misery. Anyone can say anything about anyone, and ruin their Google profile - holding it for ransom which is essentially what they do.

This ruins a person's reputation, it sabbotages work references, since 72 percent of employers
check Google. J-dog has a number 2 spot in google in terms of a search of the person's name, city, and state. There is also the psychological damage a profile can cause. Teens can publish on other teens, harm can be done, endangerment can occur. The site may violate federal laws, and State privacy laws, and my qualify as anon e hassment under federal law. And obviously no "donation" is made, all donations are extortions.

I was one of several that proved Jeremy Johnson owns the site. I also proved Johnson will reveal the identify of the poster, and I did this at the net crimes and misdemeanors page. He published private documents of mine on his site without my permission, my photo, and his personal comments, because his dirty secret was revealed. He responded with threats, email bombs and games with google indexing, threats to contact relatives at facebook. He was given a valid cease and desist, and removed the content. But not the url. He is still (Johnson) interacting with the site he rotates the site in and out of google ad lib, as a taunt. I don't believe he sold the site. He still keeps the site on Logik softwares servers. And, his "sale" occured, in the heat of an online battle with me spanning October - December. He may have sold it to Brian Fitzgerald, but I'm skeptical.
I would be happy to join in any class action against this person as it would set a prescident.

These types of sites are not only decadent, they are dangerous.

After reading the first article my experience with a vigilante group is explained, it was that group
that posted to J-dogs site for another person. The second article picks up where the old blog on J-dog left left off. It may be time to set an example for anonymous smear sites, and this is an ugly
and growing trend. The blog also discusses another individual who is the real source of the vigilante attack, and the jdog post.
