My name is David Denman

I need some intervention on what I believe is nothing more than 3rd parties to profit from those who owe child support.

In 2000 I got my Divorce in Clark County, IN. In 2009 I got a phone call from a company, "National Child Support Services"
out of Ohio, Their mission was to collect the child support they said I owed since my Divorce in 2000 for my Daughter Taylor Denman.
I will not go into details as to why this was not paid, all I will say is, I was asked by my ex wife to give her up because her new husband wanted to adopt her
and I said yes. They reside in NY and have since 2000, the adoption never happened as she never went and got the papers to have this done.
From 2000 till 2009 The clerk of the court, I spoke with in Clark County said we were ghost and they didn't even have any info on myself or my ex regarding child support. The clerk of the court I spoke with at the time was David Paris, a very nice and decent person.

I was an over the road Truck Driver back in 2009 and was somewhere in AZ when I got a call from NCSS from Ohio. They asked me If I was David Denman and said they who they were.
It did not matter to them about my story or why I have not paid, all they cared about was, that I will. They wanted me to post a $5, 000 bond, I said I did not have that kind of money.
I was asked to borrow it from family members, I thought to myself, who are these people! They said they represent Tammy Carter and If I do not pay them, I will loose my CDL, be put in jail.

I will say I was scared, I go to all lengths to protect my CDL, now I am being threatened by these people and wanting to put me and jail if I did not comply.
I basically blew them off and hung up, hanging up on them would be my hell later on. I wondered at that time, if the state of Indiana was part of this, was I really in so much trouble, I was frantic I must say.
I called The Clark County Clerk and that is when I spoke with Mr. Paris. He looked me and my Ex wife up in the computer and stated that Child Support was never set up by her nor were either of us in the system to have any child support to be paid through the court, they didn't even have a n address for Tammy Denman, who is now Tammy Carter.
I told him why I called, he told me than in order for me to pay child support, Tammy would have to set it set up. I said what if I pay, he told me he could take it, but it would sit there and he would have no way of getting it to Tammy because he didn't have an address for her and eventually would have me come and get it. I asked him if I was in serious trouble! he said The state or the county was not after me for child support, he even called child support for Clark County and that they didn't even have a record of us. He also stated that she would have to be the one to have child support set up.

A few months went by and then I received a a summons in the mail to appear in court in April of 2009 for unpaid child support. The Attorney was Scott Richards from Indianapolis, IN
He was hired by NCSS to represent Tammy Carter, The end result was, He received a Civil judgment against me for almost $27, 000.00 over $5, 000 in interest. I did not have an Attorney, I tried to explain to the judge and the judge told me the clerk of the court did not know what he was talking about, basically I was guilty and judged.

My Girlfriend at the time was frantic as well as I was and went and hired an Attorney, Mickey Webber form Clarksviile. He filed to get the Interest thrown out, I lost that case.

I will not dispute any child support at this time, I dispute how the whole thing came about and who is profiting from this. Had I been paying through the court, had my ex set it up, my daughter would be getting all the child support. The outcome in all this is, my daughter is only receiving all but 34% of what I send to Scott Richards. I send it to Mr. Richards, He sends it to NCSS in Ohio, they take out their share and my ex gets the rest. Tammy wants this stopped, she did sign a contract with these people, I did not! Now she and I are trying to get this stopped and that I pay he directly so my daughter gets it all, not 66%. As far as I am concerned, I will stop sending it to Mr. Richards and start sending it to Tammy. No one is entitled to the support except my daughter and how dare anyone who profits from this to think they are entitled to profit besides her.

I wonder how a jury would look at a company not affiliated with any state or federal agency who's sole purpose is to get someone to sign a contract so they can profit. in none of my papers or the Civil Judgment does it state I am responsible for paying theses people half, I am disgusted that people like this exist and this matter needs to be investigated.

Is this really about my daughter or this really about who can profit. I send $200.00 to the Attorney, Scott Richards, he takes 25%, sends the rest up to Ohio in which they takes 25% and then when they feel like it, send the rest to my Ex wife.

She has stated for me to send it from now on to her directly and she wants them to stop all this. she has to fight with them to get what I send. Around the 16th of February of this year, they sent her what she had coming since October, four months later and she had to fight them for that. I guess they need to figure out who gets what before my daughter does. The laws need to be changed. there is no court order for National child support or even the Attorney to take half of the judgement. there has been a fraud commented here and people like this need to be taken down.
