Since around August of 2010 I have endured the total incovenience of my mail going to someone else's P.O. Box simply because the person who happens to be my brother whom I do not have any contact with and does not own my house, 1801 Victoria, Laredo, texas 78040 has been able to forward all the mail to my address to his p.o. box without my expressed authorization. I have tried for months to correct this matter to no avail. I was initially told that there was nothing I could do about this situtuation unless my brother did it himself and I absolutely have no recourse. I have literally gone crazy in disbilief how this can happen. It has caused great anguish to me personally and emotionally draining. I have recently submitted a correction form to the change of address and that even didn't work as they said that since my residence was designated a business addresss the business owner would have to make the change. My house is a resident home where my mother still lives in and myself. This address change was made by a brother of mine who has done this address change to keep my mother and me from finding out of some online credit card accounts he opened without authorization. I need your help in resolving this huge problem. Thank You!
