David Manning promised a loan to complete our project. He stated that it was ready to fund ad that he needed upfront money to complete the transaction. He claimed that the funds were to be used by the attorney to complete the deal. He NEVER funded and although he acknowledged that he needed to repay this obligation, he continues to ignore.
He uses all types of excuses, from personal illness to death in the family, as an excuse for not funding. He is a liar, and will make promises that he has no intention of fulfilling.
