Beware of David's Bridal. They were nice but alittle pushy. The real problem I have is that I went in to buy color swatches. They pushed and pushed telling me we had to order a sash that day or we wouldn't have it before the wedding.
I bought swatches so we could purchase items they didn't carry and other clothing for the wedding party at a more reasonable price. The wedding wasn't going to be formal at all.
They pushed us into purchasing a $60 sash so we would have it. The bride wasn't even with us. But we didn't want her to miss out and not have the sash.
I bought the swatches of color material. We have been to over 24 stores and NONE of them had an exact match. They call it one thing but the trend was either too less or too much of one color or another. In our case Jade. Everywhere else it was either too blue or too green. Every store associate tried to help along with managers. We appreciate those who tried to match David's Bridal colors. But, had no luck.
The other stores associates informed us that evidently David's Bridal has their own colors and nobody can match it unless it's Men's Wearhouse.
Besides the aggreviation of having to shop so hard. I think it is dishonest to pressure customers to buy something the newest color, spend that kind of money on something and can't even get close to the color somewhere else. David's Bridal is a scam and is monopolozing on their products colors.
This has happen to me twice and we had to settle for an off color we didn't want because we couldn't come close to what we was conned into buying at David's Bridal.
We have found products identical on the web at half the price.
This is the last time I will do business there.
If you do, buy swatches and run. Don't let them pressure you.
