This guy promises you he will be there on time to move your mobile home and install it all in a couple of days. I know this can be done as we did out home ourselves back int the 1980's all in 1 day. He gets you to give him $1, 400 down and does not show up in the day he is to be there but a week later. Then he gets more money and disappears for another 2 weeks. he shows up whenever he wants to does a hours work or two and then disappears for another week. One girl sued him and got only part of her money back!

I should have gotten everything in our contract right down to how many days he had to move and install the home because a couple of days has turnned into a couple of months. I got checking on his past clients and they had lots of complaints also. He has 4 compalints in with the BBB and 6 or 7 complaints with the OMHC last year. I know counting me he has at least 3 complaints in with the OMHC this year. He has 4 or 5 complaints online in various web sites.

I would not reccommed David's Mobile Home Transport to anyone. Anyone who has had bad dealings with this company should go to the Ohio Mobile Home Commission Web site and print out their disput resolution paper and file a complaint against this company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so hopefully we will stop this guy from hurting other familes in the future.
