I recently ordered a pair shoes from the online service per David Bridal catalog for one of my bridal party participants, they were the "Kiara" style shoe for 34.99 . I was to receive them on the 20th of May 2009, but when UPS dropped them off, they were just lefted on my porch without any attempt by the driver to assure someone was there to receive them, or for that matter any one to sign for them.
I would like to know if this unfortunate incident can be rectified by me receiving a refund from the company for an item I have not received. iI have went through the proper channels to rectify this situation (spoke with UPS, went to the DB store) by starting a tracking of product, and i was told to alert DB online customer service of the situation.
