The customer service at this salon is atrocious; I went to get threading done and was undercharged by the owner. I was unaware that he had undercharged me and I was more than happy to return to the salon to pay the extra $4 once it was bought to my attention. However on returning to the salon I was yelled at by the owner calling me a “bloody liar” and telling me it was my fault and not to “teach him” when I suggested some polite and professional customer service would do the trick. When I informed him I had been a client for years I was told I should have known I hadn’t been charged enough. This all took place in front of customers (top quality professionalism at Daxa’s!); whilst the attendant that did my threading stood and watched the commotion. It is up to the attendant and management to communicate my treatments if the attendant is not going to ring up my sale, had I realised I had been undercharged I would have let him know. This is terrible service, however given the shambles of a business that is Daxa’s Beauty Parlour I have to admit I am not at all surprised. I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated today and definitely will not be returning. To the staff and management at Daxa’s some food for thought: negative word of mouth spreads 10 times faster than positive.
