My wife & I checked in to the Days Inn located in Rancho Cordova CA. The room we were given was crawling with insects and there were cockroaches in the beds. The toilet was missing the bolts that secure it to the floor & the elevator was out of order for almost two weeks. We were moved to another room & it was just as bad as the first, this room went a bit further with the soiled towels and stained sheets. While using the PC at the front desk, I overheard at least 8 different guests complain of similiar issues with their rooms. One man complained that his credit card was charged $1455.00 for one nights stay. The clerk at the front desk told him that the girl that checked him in the night before was new and that she "didnt know the procedure" and that his credit card would be corrected in a few days when the manager could fix it. As I write this, a man is threatning to call the sheriffs dept because the front desk clerk wont refund his money because the room they gave him is filthy and has bugs in it. This place is a roach infested dump.
