Fire at Days Inn Hotel in Catonsville, MD. Lost $200.00 worth of personal belongings. Days Inn customer service took my reservation, took my money and now tell me I have to go to the owners of the hotel. I have been leaving messages for 8 days with Corporate. CEO Tom Conforti does nothing. CEO of Days Inn, Eric Danziger does nothing. I keep getting voice mails, no return calls. All this for a lousy $200.00. The hotel was okay, smelled like cigarettes and cigars. Fire broke out on 7th floor and owners did nothing to help us. Corporate is even worse. I will never stay at a Days Inn or any hotel affiliated with Wyndham.
Everyone please call 973-753-7106 and tell Tom Conforti you will not use any Wyndham hotels. Everyone buy 1 share of stock and show up at a shareholders meeting and demand Tom Conforti explain why he earns 3 million dollars a year. Yes 3 million. And I can't get back $200.00 and a comp for my inconvenience.
