My boyfriend was bored at my work and saw a add on the internet for a free trial of a teeth whitener called Dazzle White. He thought all he would have to pay is shipping and handling. So he put his credit card number on there to pay for just the shipping and handling . He received the product 7 days later. Your supposed to try it for 5 days. After 10 days he was charged $88 dollars and change. I went to the website and looked over the terms and conditions. It said he was to cancel within 10 days of ordering. OK so the math doesn't match up. 7days to receive and 5 days to try. That is 12 days. So then it says to cancel you need to email or call the customer service line. OK so here is the flaw in that. There is not a email address anywhere on the site. I looked, my boyfriend looked, and even my mom looked. So the phone number right? Wrong, it goes to a fax machine. We looked up the company and found a number to call. I called and they didn't speak English to well and was loud in the background. They said he had to call. So he did. They tried to sell him more stuff and he kept telling them no to cancel everything. OK so they did right? Wrong, he is now got a pending charge for $99 and change. He is now working with his bank to file charges on this company.
