Brite Smile is aware that love the smile is illegally marketing their product.
Being in the customer service business I told both companies to make their terms and services clearer to the consumer, better yet a statement in bold letters stating that by agreeing to this offer you will also be agreeing to an autoship of product unless you cancel within 14 days. Most people would not accept that, I wouldn't of. That's how companies take advantage of people and wonder why their company ends up on sites like this. I have returned both products and waiting to see if they actually reimburse me.
