Have done an internet free trial offer for a teeth whitening system. Pay shipping, recieve a trial, if you are not satisfied, return the unused portion... 7/08/09 Paid the shipping and handling charges of $4.95. Soon after ordering I had called and complained because right away there was a pending charge of $58.76. They said that they cannot cancel or refund anything, and that if I wanted to cancel and not have that charged posted that I would have to recieve the package and send it back before trial period ended(90 days). So on 7/14/09 after receiving the product, I went to the post office, paid $3.48 for S&H to send the product back, got a tracking number and thought everything was fine(Have all of this information). Then on 7/29/09 the charge for $58.76 went through! I called right away, provided the tracking # and they said they could not yet locate it in the warehouse. Waited a couple days and did the same thing. They said that they were sending information to "Corporate" that I had returned the product, had a tracking number and that I should receive a refund within 5 business days. That has not happened. I have called numerous times to try to get more informaiton about this company, a higher authority I could talk to and no one is ever available. I finally got an address and name for their "corporate": Army Post Distribution, 3600 Army Post Road, Des Moines IA, 50321. After asking what company they directly work under, and I had mentioned Just Think Media, they hung up on me. Now through the course of 7/8/09 I have also had 4 unauthorized charges on my cc/debit card. Posted on 7/22-$3.24, 8/31-$3.24, 9/30-$2.96 and 10/28-$2.96. I upheld my part of this transaction, which I now see is a total scam, and would just like some justice.

I came across this add on the palm beach post news paper for a free trial of teeth whiter. I read the terms & conditions unlike many people. So I ordered three of the products and made sure I canceled them with in the 14 days. As soon as each one arrived I called and canceled, which all of them arrived at about 12 days. I canceled online and by phone because i wanted to make sure it was documented in every way I could. Two of the company's I had no problem with. I canceled, sent the product back within the time frame they give me to have it back to them which isn't even worth ordering it because you don't even have enough time by the time it arrives. But Dazzel White is another story! I canceled on the 6th and the women I spoke with told me that the product had to be received by the 14th or they would charge my card that day ( the 14th ). So I mailed it out with the confirmation number on the front of the envelope just as she told me. On the 14th I checked my bank account and there was no charges so I figured they had received it, WRONG! Eight days later I check my back account and they debited my account for two charges totaling about 80$. I called my bank and they gave me the number of the company because it didn't even post as dazzel white it was some other company, so I called the number which is a non working number. I had to call back the bank tell them the hole story, cancel my debit card cause the lady told me that they probably continue to charge my card. Now I'm disputing the charges because I haven't gotten anywhere with their company. I won't recommend anyone to even attempt to use this company. It is a waste of time & MONEY!

This company offered a free sample after 4.95 shipping fee, with a 30 day guarantee. After transaction is made they sign your up for a unauthorized membership which then costs 58.76 before your 30days expires. They also sign you up for ONV weight loss products @ 7.14 and then a company called WEB ACCESS @ 3.24. Unless you check your bank account often you will not catch this.

My account card was charge with a a charge of $58.76 for something that I did not sign up for nor did I authorize any charges except for the Dazzel White. I need my money put back on my card ASAP...
